Konstantina helped me confront early childhood trauma. She listened without judgement and provided a safe space to discuss an array of issues, looking at skills and tools. We have come a long way and made so much progress! I would definitely recommend Konstantina if you want to finally be free of the anchors holding you back from living your best life.
I have been having DBT treatment with Konstantina. I have felt a dramatic improvement; not only has she provided me with a safe space to talk freely, she has taught me vital skills that I can use every day.
